HCC - Highclere Consulting

Highclere Consulting (HCC) is a Romanian private consultancy that offers training and policy analysis in agriculture, rural development, and environmental sectors across South-East Europe, with a strong track record in EU-funded projects, representing expertise in agriculture and rural development, project communication and communication strategies for community engagement. HCC works with various stakeholders, including governments, NGOs and private sector entities. Through its work, HCC supports initiatives that promote sustainable development, enhance food security, and stimulate economic growth in rural areas.

Role in the project

HCC's role in PRO-WILD relates to WP4 Stakeholder engagement, communication, dissemination and exploitation. HCC leads Task 4.1 Stakeholder engagement strategy.

HCC, with the help of all partners, will develop a strategy for stakeholder engagement that will directly facilitate project impacts by reaching relevant stakeholders. The main activities for the strategy will be

• mapping project stakeholders
• setting guidelines for partners to interact and engage with the stakeholders
• elaborate concrete paths, methods and facilitation techniques
• developing capacity building activities
