Workpackage 5: Coordination and project management

Workpackage 5 focuses on the following objectives and tasks.

Objectives

  • at the strategic level, to steer the project to ensure the project reaches its objectives and delivers outputs that will generate the expected outcomes and impacts
  • at the contractual level, ensure that the project advances in line with the Grant Agreement (GA), the Consortium Agreement (CA) and prepare any amendments hereto. Ensure the quality control and submission of deliverables and reports to the EC/REA. Evaluate the progress of each partner in line with the workplan; Prepare and submit project reports and interface with the EC/REA.
  • at the financial level, ensure the optimal use of project resources and ensure that financial management and payments are in line with the CA
